Are you an experienced veterinary receptionist with a warm heart for cold noses? Island Animal Hospital is looking for a dynamic and confident Veterinary Customer Service Representative to join our already exceptional team of veterinary professionals.
Daily responsibilities include, but are not limited to, client education, scheduling appointments, dispensing prescription medications, client invoicing, accepting payments/cash handling and operating multi-line phone system.
Previous work and training in a veterinary hospital is a requirement. Knowledge about veterinary products and services is a requirement. Competitive hourly wages, depending on experience.
Seeking friendly and charismatic individuals who truly enjoy working with pets AND their people. This is not a temporary position. The right candidate will be looking for a long term professional relationship. Advancement opportunities available.
